## Legend

27 September 2026

In one circle, two forces meet. Sun and moon, heat and cold, day and night. The old Chinese sages called them yang and yin. The yogis of India named them Pingala and Ida. Khard Hridaya chose this circle for balance, the two halves held in one heart, each carrying a seed of the other.
